The Finest 14 year Old Inventor...




Hello. My name is Violet Baudelaire. My brother Klaus, my sister Sunny and I have recently suffered the terrible tragedy of the loss of our parents in a mysterious fire.

Our only clue is the name of the club of investigators our parents belonged to: V.F.D. We have little awareness as to the meaning, but rest assured, we will solve the mystery of their deaths.
We each have our quirks...
My brother can read for hours on end and remember every ounce of knowledge gained.
My sister... well she bites things... which can be helpful when dealing with enemies now and then...
And I am an inventor. You see me pull my long hair back with a black ribbon given to me by my mother's mother. If you think I do this for show... you are mistaking. I tie my hair back so I can clearly see the thoughts before me and in my head. This is how I create.
Count Olaf is our greatest threat. He has vowed to stop at nothing in order to gain our parent's enormous fortune and destroy us.
We spend our days drifting from place to place, meeting new guardians.
We are doomed to try and escape Count Olaf's clutches every second...
